The film provides an opportunity to open our hearts and see each other with compassion and understanding. Through a variety of activities this program will remind us of gratitude&#8217;s vital role in our lives and how we can work towards experiencing more of it daily, as it builds resilience, gives purpose, and provides health benefits. You will go home with new gratitude practices. Middle School and High School Friends will attend adult programming.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Children\u2019s Program:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wee Friends through middle school ages will attend intergenerational program and will do activities related to the theme at children\u2019s program times.<br \/>\nVolunteers to help with the children\u2019s program will be appreciated. There will be a signup sheet at registration.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">BRQ SCHEDULE<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Friday, September 15th<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5:00 \u2013 7:30 Registration\/Brown Bag Supper<br \/>\n7:30 \u2013 9:00 Intergenerational Seeds of Gratitude camp light gathering (bring LED candles or flashlights)<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Saturday, September 16th<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">7:15 \u2013 Early Worship 8:00 \u2013 Breakfast (Please arrive on time)<br \/>\n9:00 \u2013 11:00 Adult Program \u201cGratitude Revealed\u201d film and worship sharing (Oak)<br \/>\n9:00 \u2013 11:45 \u2013 Children\u2019s program (Hickory)<br \/>\n11:15 &#8211; 11:45 &#8211; ILYM Planning (Oak)<br \/>\nNoon \u2013 Lunch (Please arrive on time)<br \/>\n1:00 \u2013 3:00 &#8211; Free Time<br \/>\n3:00 \u2013 5:00 \u2013 Children\u2019s Program (Hickory)<br \/>\n3:15 \u2013 4:45 &#8211; BRQ Business (Oak)<br \/>\n5:00 \u2013 5:30 \u2013 Young Friends will come to share their experiences (Oak)<br \/>\n5:30 \u2013 Dinner (Please arrive on time)<br \/>\n7:00 \u2013 8:00 \u2013Intergenerational Active Gratitude (Oak)<br \/>\n8:00 \u2013 Bonfire with singing &amp; S&#8217;mores<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sunday, September 18th<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">8:00 \u2013 Breakfast (Please arrive on time)<br \/>\n9:00 \u2013 10:15 \u2013 Adult Program \u2013 Carrying Gratitude Forward (Oak)<br \/>\n9 \u2013 11:15 \u2013 Children\u2019s Program (Hickory)<br \/>\n10:30 \u2013 11:30 &#8211; Meeting for Worship (Oak)<br \/>\n11:15 \u2013 Younger Children join Worship<br \/>\n12:00 \u2013 Lunch (Please arrive on time)<br \/>\n1:00 \u2013 Clean up and goodbyes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Parents are responsible for their children at all times other than during adult programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Volunteer Signup:<\/strong> Friends who are able are encouraged to sign up for volunteer activities (assisting children\u2019s program, Sunday cleanup, etc.) at on-site registration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Possible Things to Bring:<\/strong> Snacks to share, jeans for horseback riding, flashlights, hiking shoes, towel, fishing pole &amp; tackle, organization displays, games and toys, musical instruments, and copies of music (especially Rise Up Singing), a sense of humor, a modicum of patience, and love to share.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Facilities and Housing:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">DuBois Center resides on over 300 acres of woods and two lakes. There is horse trail riding, boating, hiking, a labyrinth, and a playground.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Adult programming will take place in <strong>Oak Lodge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Hickory Lodge<\/strong> will be the location for registration, sleeping, fellowship, and most children\u2019s programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">There are also dormitory-style cottages with bathrooms, and rustic cabins with a showerhouse nearby.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Camping tent sites are available but there is no electricity and no shower access nearby.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Linens are provided for Hickory Lodge. People staying in cottages, cabins, or camping should bring their own linens and pillows. Bathrooms accommodate multiple users. Rooms may be shared depending on attendance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Please register in a timely manner and indicate any needs you have when sharing spaces.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Meal Costs:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Breakfast-$10, Lunch-$12, and Dinner-$15 each.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">BRQ absorbs all costs of participants under age 19.
