BLUE RIVER QUARTERLY MEETING

We will be back at Camp Cilca this year - located on 210 acres in a nicely wooded area 10 miles NW of Springfield and 12 miles SE of New Salem State Park

The adult program will include Paul Buckley, ILYM Field Secretary, Chuck Hutchcraft and Dawn Ruppert, ILYM Peace Resources Committee and Garnet Fay, President of the Board of the Illinois Coalition Against the Death Penalty.

The youth activities will consist of Diane Dennis and Jeannie Marvin using a "Godly Play" program, and Rose Dennis - Raising Conscientious Objectors Among Our Youth.

Besides the on-site youth activities the young Friends (ages 5 and up) will have a tour to the Lincoln’s New Salem State Historic Site led by Peg Kruger and Eve Fischberg of the Springfield Worship Group on Saturday afternoon.

Lodging will be available at the Christian Growth Center and the Retreat Center giving more sleeping options than previous years there.
